**Reminder – 2026 HOA Dues are due by April 30th. Late fees will be applied starting on May 1st. The fee schedule is listed below.
5-1-26 – $25 Late fee
6-1-26 – $50 Late fee
7-1-26 – $75 Late fee

News and Updates:

4-20-26 – Street cleanup was performed today in the neighborhood. The crew cleaned up the reset of the leaves and debris in the streets. Our concrete contractor is returning this week to look at the damage caused by the falling tree in the front of the neighborhood and mark the rest of the sidewalks that need replaced. Those repairs should begin in the next two to three weeks. We are also working on getting the damaged sidewalk removed as well and should have that taken care of soon.
